In your condo, you will find two bedrooms, a dining room, a full bathroom, a closet, TV, Wifi, air conditioning, a safe, a first aid kit, an iron, a hairdryer, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, and some amenities that we will leave for you as a welcome kit to kickstart your vacation, which you can replenish at the store at your convenience (welcome water bottles, shampoo, soap, coffee, toilet paper). Your room is delivered impeccably, personally supervised, and documented with photographs that ensure the quality of the cleaning. We provide bath towels for each registered person. For stays longer than 3 nights, we offer a complimentary light cleaning and provide fresh towels every 3 days. Check-in time is from 3 PM to 11 PM. Check-out time is at 11 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the property is prohibited (smoke alarm) with a fine of $4,000 pesos. A photo ID must be left at reception for check-in. Please take care of sheets and towels and do not use them to clean or remove makeup. A fine will be charged per item. Your cleaning fee includes checkout cleaning and towel changes every third day. If you require additional cleanings, sheet changes, or towels, there will be an additional cost. Please book in advance. At checkout, please leave the dishes washed, towels in the bathroom, and leave your safe open.
