Casa Almendros Cozy Stay Pool Trendy Cancun

Relax in this unique and peaceful getaway in a fully equipped studio with shared pool. It is located 2 blocks from Av Huayacán, which is the Trendy area of Cancun. Nearby you will find a wide variety of restaurants for all tastes and budgets, gas stations, pharmacies, beauty salons, Starbucks, Sam's, Wallmart, stores such as Seven Eleven, gyms, and plazas. In 20 minutes you will reach the beach, in 17 the airport, in 15the ADO and one step away the exit to Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Mérida.

It is a modern loft, with all the comforts. It is located in an area surrounded by nature and safe. It has a queen bed, equipped kitchenette, dining room, sofa, TV, air conditioning, fans, closet, private bathroom, right to use the pool with lounge chairs and garage for one car. The pool has a splash pad area and another that is up to 1.40 meters deep. The garden measures around 400 square meters, has several palm trees that provide shade. In the area you will find all the services you may need, from a Sam's Club to a Dairy Queen, the only bowling at Cancun, Cinemex, paddle tennis and tennis clubs and a cycle path that is along the avenue and that has exercise equipment stations. There are also places for children to play around and even summer courses for kids that are well-known by Cancun residents.

Upon arrival you will find coffee, sugar, Stevia, salt, pepper, napkins, fresh water in the refrigerator, so you can relax upon arrival. Likewise, you will find soap and a sponge for washing dishes, as well as a cloth to dry them and a towel to easily clean your kitchen. In the bathrooms you will find, for your convenience, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and body gel. If any of these waxes ran out, you would have to buy the missing ones at the convenience store. There is one next to the Gas Station that is a block and a half away.On television you will need to log in to your favorite applications and we ask that you close them before leaving. We remind you that it is important not to remove your makeup, clean your shoes or anything that could permanently stain or affect the towels or bedding because you will be charged for replacement, 400 pesos per towel.
