Relax on this unique and quiet getaway in a fully equipped studio with a shared pool. It is located 2 blocks from Av Huayacán, Cancun's trendy area. Nearby you will find a wide variety of restaurants for all tastes and budgets, a gas station, pharmacies, beauty salons, Starbucks, Sam's, Walmart, like Seven Eleven, gyms, squares and more. In 20 minutes you will reach the beach, in 17 the airport, in 15 the ADO and one step away from the exit to Playa del Carmen, Tulum and Mérida.

It's a modern loft with all the amenities. Located in a safe area surrounded by nature. It has a king-size bed, equipped kitchenette, dining room, sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, fans, closet, private bathroom, the right to use the pool with lounge chairs, and a garage for one car. The pool has a wading pool area and another that is up to 1.50 meters deep. The garden measures around 400 square meters, has several palm trees that provide shade.In the area you will find all the amenities you may need, from a Sam's Club to a Dairy Queen, the only bowling alley in Cancun, Cinemex, paddle and tennis clubs, or a bike path that runs along the avenue and has stations with exercise equipment. There are also places for children to play and even summer courses that are well known by the people of Cancun.

Upon arrival you will find coffee, sugar, Stevia, salt, pepper, napkins, fresh water in the refrigerator and water at room temperature, so you can relax upon arrival. You'll also find soap and a sponge for washing dishes, as well as a cloth for drying them and a wipe for easily cleaning your kitchen.In the bathrooms you will find, for your convenience, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and body wash.If any of these run out, you'll need to buy more at the convenience store. There is one next to the gas station that is a block and a half away.On the TV, you'll need to log in to your favorite apps, and we ask that you close them before leaving. We remind you that it is important not to remove makeup, clean shoes or anything that could permanently stain or affect towels or bedding because you will be charged for the replacement, 400 pesos per towel and 1000 pesos per sheet.
