COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR GUESTS
1. DATA CONTROLLER
CONCIERGE4U REAL ESTATE, S. de R.L. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “CONCIERGE4U”), with address at Av. Acanceh, Manzana 2, Lote 3, Supermanzana 11, Postal Code 77504, Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, and website https://concierge4u.mx, is responsible for the processing, use, protection, and confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations, and other applicable laws of the United Mexican States.

2. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING
The personal data we collect will be used for the following primary purposes necessary for the provision of our services:
• Verification of identity and authenticity of documentation.
• Guest registration and access control administration.
• Management of reservations, stays, check-in and check-out processes.
• Billing, collections, and payment reconciliation.
• Compliance with legal, tax, regulatory, and immigration obligations.
• Attention to incidents, complaints, or claims.
• Fraud prevention and security measures.
3. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
For the purposes described above, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
• Full name.
• Date of birth.
• Nationality.
• Address.
• Telephone number and email address.
• Official identification documents.
• Reservation and stay information.
• Payment method and last four digits of payment card.
• Access records and exterior video surveillance recordings.
CONCIERGE4U does not store CVV security codes or unnecessary sensitive financial information.
4. LEGAL BASIS AND CONSENT
The processing of personal data is based on the data subject’s consent, the contractual relationship derived from service provision, applicable legal obligations, and legitimate interests related to security and fraud prevention.
5. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
CONCIERGE4U may transfer personal data to condominium administrations, property owners, technology providers, and competent authorities whenever legally or contractually required.
We do not transfer personal data for marketing purposes without the data subject’s express consent.
6. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data will only be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.
As a general rule, personal data will be retained for up to two (2) weeks following the guest’s check-out date.
After such period, the information will be securely deleted, blocked, or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. SECURITY MEASURES AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
CONCIERGE4U implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal data.
Within accommodations and interior spaces managed by CONCIERGE4U, guests’ privacy is fully respected, and therefore no video surveillance exists inside rooms, apartments, or private interior areas.
Video surveillance systems may only exist at entrances, access points, exteriors, and external common areas for the exclusive purpose of preserving the safety of individuals and protecting property and facilities.
Recordings obtained through such systems will be retained for a maximum period of one (1) week.
8. ARCO RIGHTS
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection regarding your personal data by submitting a request to:

The request must include the data subject’s full name, valid identification, and a clear description of the right to be exercised.
9. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

10. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for operational, statistical, and user experience improvement purposes.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE
CONCIERGE4U reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice at any time. The current version will remain available at https://concierge4u.mx.
12. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS AND GDPR COMPLIANCE
If the data subject is located within the European Union, European Economic Area, or similar jurisdictions, CONCIERGE4U will endeavor to process personal data in accordance with principles compatible with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Privacy Notice shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.
For any dispute related to the interpretation or enforcement of this Privacy Notice, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
