The property is totally safe, from the main avenue you will enter a security checkpoint to get to Arenika Beach homes, signals to get to the property are perfectly located on the road for you not to get lost, on site there will be a groundskeeper that will assist you at your arrival.
There will be a groundskeeper on the property, he will open the door for you upon arrival and is in charge of cleaning the beach and exterior areas of the property.
Arenika Beach home is in perfect harmony with nature, here you will have your own private beach with hammocks and beach beds to relax . This 60m2 studio is only steps from the beach and ocean.
The Wifi signal is slow, be aware that it will not support streaming or video.
The access to the entire beach home is through the ground corredor of the property. Concierge will provide check in instructions, please kindly note the following points:
Only people who are registered will be able to lodge and stay in the property.

Arrival time is from 3:00 p.m. and departure at 11:00 a.m.
Pets are not accepted.

Another advantage of Bahía Petempich is its location close to Puerto Morelos town located 10 minutes by car, which makes it very easy and fast to access.
Here you will have endless activities to enjoy, such as snorkeling, diving, kayaking, even catamaran rides and fishing tours in the Mexican Caribbean. In Bahía Petempich you can also taste exquisite dishes of seafood specialties, as there is a wide variety of restaurants nearby.
The nearest spot is Puerto Morelos a small fisherman town located at 10 minutes, were you can mingle with the locals and enjoy the gastronomy;

We advise that you must have a rental car, our location is unique but a bit far from public transportation. You can get around in a Taxi that is located at the entrance security checkpoint; if you decide not to rent a car please consider that we don't have UBER service in the location. Your concierge can provide local taxis numbers of the Puerto Morelos town.
If you need transportation from and to the Cancun international airport, please inform your concierge, we will be happy to assist you with transportation, tours & excursions, and special amenities. We are here to make your stay relaxing and comfortable.

This is a family property built over 5 years ago. We strive to provide our studios always impeccably and with excellent maintenance. The climate in this area causes various inconveniences and for this reason we ask you to contact us either by platform, telephone, email, W. App and report anything in which you require assistance.
