Our suite is located within the Cancun Plaza condos in one of the most attractive areas in the city, the hotel zone, and because is one of the most touristic areas in the Caribbean is in excellent conditions, which makes it very safe for running or walking on the beach and on the bike path.

During the summer and fall turtles choose this place to nest their eggs, our
vacationers like to participate in the protection of the turtles to help them return to the sea.
Guests will have access to the property's pool as well as a beautiful beach with a large palapa, restrooms, gardens, common areas, parking and free WiFi.
You will be able to visit our restaurant and common palapas, these services have an extra fee.

The hotel zone is very well maintained and is very safe. You can go to run or walk on the beach or at the bicycle path. This area is the biggest attraction of Cancun, Its perfect for vacationers that looks for the proximity to the beach, laguna, malls, clubs and more within walking distance. You will find a very safe, quiet and clean environment. You also have very nearby Plaza Kukulkan and various restaurants
Buses run every 10-15 minutes and it is very cheap, they take you one way from the hotel zone to downtown.
When you stay with us you don't need to rent a car as public transportation runs 24 hours a day in the hotel zone or you can also walk to your destination due to the proximity.
If you find it attractive to rent a van or car, we can get you the service if you may require it.
